The pyramid-shaped diamond tipped grinders enable optimal sharpening of hedge trimmer blades. The rotor, in addition to cooling the grinding area (for longer life), also provides a clear view of the saw blade being sharpened, as it blows away dirt and grinding remnants. Having a sharp blade gives you a perfect clean cut and so avoids lacerated hedge cutting performance, which can seriously affect healthy hedge growth. Also, harmful vapours caused by grinding through tree resin on cutting blades are dispersed by the grinder head rotor. The diamond grinding set can be operated by any commercially available drill unit, in clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation.
