How do I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched an email will be sent confirming this along with a tracking link. If the items were dispatched directly from a supplier, there will be limitations on providing tracking numbers.

 

My Order has been missed or lost

Before contacting the relevant customer service team for more details, please check the tracking details that should be enclosed in your order dispatched email. If you were not in at the time of the delivery and have received a missed delivery card, please contact the local delivery depot for more information on how to have your order re-delivered or collection from the depot.

Typically, most partners do not deliver to PO boxes and shipping agents that onward shop to outside of the UK.

During adverse weather conditions there maybe delays in receiving your order within the estimated delivery time. Due to this being out of our control we can only ensure that your parcel will be with you as soon as possible.
